Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. Membership will be cancelled if not renewed by 31st January, each year.
Some rallies have a limit so prior booking is strongly recommended.
All holiday rally slips must be accompanied by a £20 per week (non-refundable) booking deposit. Holiday rallies must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the rally date.
All cheques to be made payable to MGCCC (enclose a SAE if a receipt is required).
£5 (non-returnable) deposit must be sent for all limited rallies at time of booking.
Weekend rallies - arrivals before 4pm must be previously agreed with the marshals, early arrivals may be asked to move.
Holiday Rallies - Start at 10am and run from Saturday to Saturday, early arrivals may be possible but only with prior agreement with the marshals.
We operate a policy that deposits (where requested) are non-refundable, however refund requests will be considered based on the circumstances of the cancellation (if medical please submit appropriate details e.g. copy of medical certificate).
Please inform the Rally Secretary or Marshal if you are unable to attend a rally.
Personal generators are only allowed between 11am-1pm and 5pm-7pm and must not be left unattended. Medical and emergency exceptions must be arranged with the Marshals. Failure to comply with these rules will lead to the use of your generator being banned for 12 months.
